We offer two maintenance packages that can be purchased at the time of a vacancy or can be scheduled yearly to ensure your property is taken care of and save you time so you don't have to do it yourself. These packages are priced by home size and type. 

Our Essentials package offers the following:

• Battery Changes and testing for all smoke detectors on the property.
• Battery Changes and testing for all Carbon Monoxide and LP Gas detectors on the property.
• 114 point inspection of the property with report and suggestions for improvements or repairs.

Our All Inclusive package offers the following:

• Battery changes and testing for all smoke detectors on the property
• Battery changes and testing for all carbon monoxide detectors and LP Gas detectors on the property.
• 114 point inspection of the property with report and suggestions for improvements or repairs.
• Change or wash HVAC filters (mini split filters and standard 1" filters. High efficiency filters and carbon/HEPA filters require an additional charge)
• Clean Air Conditioning Condenser
• Clean all sink faucet aerators
• Flush hot water heater
• Change water filter in refrigerator if present
• Clean bathroom exhaust fan grills
• Clean HVAC return grill
• Replace up to (5) standard light bulbs
